Carol Higgins Taylor from Eastern Area Agency on Aging talks about 3-D Catering. EAAA have developed a catering program to supplement the Meals on Wheels program. 3-D Catering offer five meals, five rolls, five desserts, and a quart of milk all for $20. These frozen meals are available to anyone, They are low in sodium, low calorie and low fat. PLUS they meet 1/3 of the federal USDA guidelines for daily requirements of nutrients.
