8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled & coarsely chopped
1 cup crabmeat
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
2 Tbsp. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl until smooth.
Fold in the shrimp, crabmeat, Swiss cheese and chives. Place mixture into a small casserole dish and smooth top. Top with the 2 Tbsp. of shredded Swiss cheese.
Toss the breadcrumbs with the melted butter. Spread evenly over casserole.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until golden, hot and bubbly.
Serve with assorted crackers.
