The Knox and Lincoln County Farm Service Agency offices might merge.
The Maine FSA says it can no longer maintain every county office because of budget and staff cuts.
The FSA is looking for public comment on its plan to consolidate.
Knox and Lincoln County farmers and ranchers are invited to attend a public meeting Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 at the Knox-Lincoln Cooperative on Manktown Rd. in Waldoboro.
