Bangor -
One of the people arrested as part of a drug raid in Bangor in November was in Federal Court Monday.
Edward Cogswell was among the 18 arrested in a cocaine ring busted up when police raided five apartments in Bangor, four on Ohio Street, and one on Garland Street.
Cogswell was released on a ten thousand dollar bond after the hearing.
