Augusta Man Pleads Guilty To Murder, Will Serve 45 Years

An Augusta man was sentenced to 45 years in prison today, after pleading guilty to murder in a Kennebec County courtroom this afternoon.
31-year old Peter Bathgate was charged with murder in connection with the death of 47-year old Paul Allen, whose body was found along a road in Hallowell back in December of 2010.
