We jump to the second half. The Black Bears getting the first bucket. Courtney Anderson gives to Samantha Baranowski, who drives to the hoop. She had 12 for Maine, cuts the UNH lead to nine.
The Wildcats responding though. On the other end, Kaylee Kilpatrick gets the layup to go, making it 41-29 New Hampshire.
The Black Bears fighting hard to cut into the lead. Ashleigh Roberts gives to Brittany Williams cutting to the hoop, count it and the foul. 14 for Williams on the night, but UMaine with only six players active and it would wear them down.
Late in the second half, Denise Beliveau takes it to the bucket and draws the foul. She had 24 points to lead UNH over UMaine, 66-50 the final.
