Stockton Springs -
State Fire Investigators say a candle placed too close to combustibles caused a fire in Stockton Springs Sunday night.
The call to Green Valley Road came in around 9 p.m.
We're told one person was taken to the hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation. The house is destroyed.
Crews from Stockton Springs, Prospect and Searsport spent several hours at the scene.
