Searsport -
The Circus has come to town.
Well at least at the Penobscot Marine Museum in Searsport.
They have an exhibit that features thousands of miniature circus figures, all by Les Bex. It also includes circus memorabilia, photography and art.
The museum usually closes in October but decided to stay open during the winter. They are offering this exhibit free of charge.
" Just the feeling of when you play with models or build models, people are fascinated by it and the circus is a wonderful topic to go around that, to really approach that from," said Executive Director of Penobscot Marine Museum, Liz Lodge.
The exhibit will run through the month of February.
