A McDonalds restaurant in Lincoln is a step closer to undergoing a renovation.
The McDonalds on Goding Avenue has been in Lincoln since 1982. the owner says they've outgrown their space.
On Monday night, the city's Planning Board unanimously approved a site plan review the restaurant submitted that outlines its plans for the renovated space.
McDonalds must now submit a building plan to Code Enforcement where it will be up to the code enforcement officer to decide what happens next.
