A Homeless Dog in Wisconsin Finds Home in Freeport

Freeport - His name is LL Bean and thanks to the power of television, the homeless dog from Eisconsin has a new home. In, you guessed it, Freeport.

The Dunn County Humane Society in Wisconsin got a call from an worker at Bean's Freeport headquarters, after a local televison station ran a story featuring an 80 pound coonhound named LL Bean.

It had been in the shelter for more than a year.

The story of the dog was linked on Bean's company intranet site.

A worker offered to adopt him.

Other employees offered to donate the $800 needed to bring LL Bean to Maine.

He's expected to arrive early next month.
