1 C chopped Granny Smith apples,
1 C raisins,
1 C chopped onion,
1 C sugar,
1 C white vinegar,
3/4 C chopped celery,
3/4 C water,
2 tsp cinnamon,
1 1/2 tsp ginger,
1/4 tsp gr.cloves
1 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries.
Combine all in lg saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 30-45 mins or until slightly thickened. Stir occasionally. Delicious with Ritz or graham crackers & cream cheese!
