1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 small box instant pistachio pudding
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 large Cool Whip coconut (optional)

Fold each of the above ingredients into the Cool Whip. Cool to enhance the flavor. Maraschino cherries placed on the top add a festive touch.
