Heat 1 can of chicken broth with 1/2 stick of butter, add chopped onions & celery, small amount of chopped green pepper plus add onion powder, garlic powder and chicken seasoning.
Bring to a boil and cook 'til veg's are almost cooked. add a can of cream of celery soup plus 3/4 can of water. stir and add 1 8 oz. bag of shredded cheddar cheese, until it's melted.
Remove from heat and add 2 boxes of dry stuffing mix.mix well. then pour into a lightly sprayed casserole dish, uncovered.
Have oven preheated 350 and cook for about 25-30 minutes, until it has browned alittle.(it's also good in the summer, use alittle less water and don't bake)
