6 cups mashed potato
6 cups dried bread(bag stuffing)
1 half teas. salt
1 small onion chopped
1 egg
3 tbl.butter
1 teas.pepper
2 teas. poultry seasoning.
if desired add 1 chopped apple/celery.

mix all together in large bowl.you can do this the night before.store in fridge and then stuff your turkey.
