Corn Casserole


1 15 1/5oz can whole kernel corn
1 14 3/4oz can cream style corn
1 8oz package corn muffin mix (Jiffy works well)
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter
1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a large bowl, stir together the cans whole kernel and cream style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and stick of melted butter. Pour into a greased 9 by 13inch pan. Bake 45minutes, or golden brown. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Return to oven for 5 to 10minutes, or until cheese is melted. Let stand at least 5minutes and then serve.
