2 cups All-purpose flour
1 cup cake flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 cup & 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 bottle (12 oz.) beer
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1) Preheat oven to 375°.
2) Grease and flour a 9”x5”x3” loaf pan.
3) Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl with a whisk until incorporated.
4) Add the beer and stir to combine with the dry ingredients. Do not over mix. Mixture will be very thick.
5) Pour into the prepared loaf pan and drizzle the melted butter over the top.
6) Bake in the center of the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until a cake tester comes out clean.
7) Cool in pan for 10 minutes and then invert onto a cooling rack. Cool completely.
