No, indian nations are soverion enitys and should not be subjected to laws other than national laws to the countrys defence, they should be alowed to help if an investagation is needed and tribe members found guilty should be punished in acordance with tribale laws.

I do not think any native american land should be subjected to our lays. They were here first and we took their land, Billet our farms and homes and stuck them on reservations this was called manifest destiny. If this happened in our time we would call it the holocaust of the native american people and be sanctioned by the U.N. It Is we i feel sometimes that should be subject to there laws and way of life.
