Mind Your Own Business: Dress for Success

Shorts, sandals, halters and tank tops are commonly seen this time of year, but maybe not appropriate to wear at work.

Deb Neuman joined Jim Morris on TV5 News at 5 to help us dress for business success.

Employees:
- Anything that looks like you're headed to the beach!
(NO flip flops, Hawaiian shirts or tank tops!)

- Anything that could create a possible "distraction"
(Too short, too tight, too low cut)

- Keep it professional - especially if you're interacting with customers!
(Cover up!)

For Employers:
-Consider drafting a dress code policy
-Engage your employees in creating the policy
-Run it by a legal expert to be sure it's legally ok
