1 lbs. chicken tenders
2 cups cooked broccoli
1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 servings cooked linguini
3 cups half & half
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 to 3 tablespoons rue
Saut chicken tenders in fresh garlic and oil until done. Add broccoli and heat through. Meanwhile bring half & half to a slow boil then add cheese, garlic, and pepper. Bring back to a boil and add rue, whipping until thick. Serve sauce over pasta and top with chicken and broccoli.
