CMS Boston Regional Administrator Jaye Weisman joined TV5's Carolyn Callahan during the Noon show to talk about fraud.
Medicare Fraud costs taxpayers billions of dollars each and every year and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is asking Maine seniors to help the agency spot, report and prevent fraud. Jaye talks briefly about making some progress in the war against fraud and working with the Maine Senior Medicare Patrol, about new high tech tools being used to spot fraud and most importantly, empowering our seniors to help with a few simple steps they can take.
