Abby Freethy from Northwoods Gourmet Girl is in our morning show kitchen.
Freethy is making a grilled vegetable sandwich with roasted red pepper spread. She's also baking sweet potato fries for a side dish.
In addition, Freethy poached eggs with spinach, and placed them over homemade bread with hollandaise sauce.
Freety is the owner of Northwods Gourmet girl, a line of natural, gourmet products that include jalapeno relish (Todd Simcox's favorite), catsup and other goodies.
She also announced on our show that her restaurant, Little Leaf Cafe in Greenville will open the first weekend of June for breakfast, lunch and brunches.
