UNIQUE SUMMER CULINARY COURSE
EMCC is proud to announce a new course that is being offered to professional chefs in the Bangor region. This is the first time a course of this caliber has been provided, and we hope area chefs will find it to be a useful professional development tool. It is a 3 week intensive course, and is limited to a maximum of 15 chefs. Interested chefs should contact the Enrollment Center at 974-4680.
