Bangor -
Bangor police are looking for a man that held up the Big Apple convenience store on State Street early Monday morning.
Officers were called there around 4:45 a.m.
A woman at the store told police she saw a man smoking a cigarette outside. He then covered his face with a bandana and entered the store, demanding money.
The worker says the suspect showed her what appeared to be a firearm, but did not threaten her.
The robber is described as a white man, possibly with hispanic or middle eastern heritage.
He has very dark eyebrows and hair.
The man is said to be in his late teens or early 20's, with black facial hair.
At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a dark, puffy hooded ski jacket, with a dark gray hooded sweatshirt underneath.
He also had on dark pants and a black bandana with some sort of white design on it.
The man was carrying a dark colored back pack with gray straps and white tubing.
