Bangor -
The troop greeters were giving the Bangor Savings Bank a big thank you Friday.
They presented the bank with a troop greeter shirt, signed by several soldiers, along with a picture of their broomball team.
Bangor Savings has done a lot to support the troop greeters and they wanted to show them their appreciation.
" We are a community bank, we're a Bangor-based bank. What is good for the community is good for the bank and everyone that we associate with. We like to involve ourselves in things that benefit the community."
" Well it's critical that we recognize them. They've been such a supporter for us in many different ways. Supportive to the community in general."
They both say they look forward to continuing to work together.
