There's a gigantic community yard sale taking place Monday to benefit a member of the Brewer community.
The Rock Church is holding the event to raise funds for Josh Neagle, a children's director at the church.
Neagle is 25 years old and is fighting a brain tumor.
Neagle travels to Boston for medical treatments, and he can't work right now, so it's tough financially.
The Rock Church decided to get the community together to show love and support for the young man.
They have rooms filled with items for sale, all donated from the community.
Organizers say Josh is honored and thankful for the support.
" He wants it to be more about bringing people together than himself. He's a very selfless person, so just the idea that the community is benefiting just by getting involved is probably satisfying to him as well," said Lee Williams, an organizer of the event.
The yard sale runs from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday at the City Center Plaza on North Main Street in Brewer.
