Milbridge -
A 58-year old woman has admitted to embezzling nearly $30,000 from a health care union in Milbridge.
Federal prosecutors say Bernadette Beal stole the money from dues sent by union workers for Narraguagus Bay Health Care.
Beal was president of the union local from the 1990's until January of 2009.
Beal was ordered to pay more than $24,000 in restitution. She's already repaid five thousand.
A sentencing date has not yet been set.
