While Savage pitched well for Bangor, Shawn Duinkerk was lights out for Aruba. He barely wasted any pitches today. He goes the distance and throws only 78 pitches. Nine pitches in the third and fourth combined.
In the fifth, Bangor get on the board. They didn't score a run until the fifth in their win against Texas. Bases loaded and nobody out. The pitcher, Cody Savage with the fielders choice. Dylan Morris scores and it's 3-1 Aruba. But Bangor only grab one in the fifth.
Still 3-1 in the seventh. Aruba breaks it open. They score five runs in their last at bat. The big blow, a two run homer by Chadwick Tromp gives aruba an 8-1 lead.
