With the massive influx of people set to pack the waterfront for this year's American Folk Festival many people want to know where they can park.

Festival organizers will once again be utilizing the Bass Park parking lot.

People can pay eight-dollars to park there and take a shuttle bus from Bass Park to the downtown festival.

There's also other options for festival goers who would rather park closer to the action.

Heather McCarthy, Exec. Dir., American Folk Festival: "In addition to that there are a lot of other choices for people to park. There's street side parking throughout downtown. There's the Pickering Square parking garage and other lots that pretty much fill up because everyone pretty much has their favorite place to park. But Bangor has managed to hold the crowds and the capacity very well the past years."
