Strawberries for breakfast, lunch, and dessert!

Strawberry Breakfast Sundae
POINTS value: 2
Ingredients
1/2 cup(s) fat-free cottage cheese
1/4 cup(s) plain fat-free yogurt
2 tsp SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener (or other artificial sweetener)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup(s) strawberries (or raspberries or blueberries; sliced)
Instructions
Combine cottage cheese, yogurt, Splenda and vanilla in a small bowl.
Spoon into a tall glass and top with berries.

Cottage Cheese Salad with Strawberries and Cucumber
Rip up a head of Romaine lettuce and put into a salad bowl
with a few slices of cucumber,
2 chopped scallions
1 cup halved strawberries.
Pile onto 2 plates and
heap 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese on top of each.
Sprinkle with finely grated lemon rind, lemon juice and ground black pepper.

Strawberry Split!
For each person, halve a small banana lengthways
spoon in 1/2 cup of light vanilla ice cream.
Top with 1 cup sliced strawberries
spoon over 1/4 cup fresh Strawberry Sauce (below)
POINTS values per serving: 4.

Fresh Strawberry Sauce
Put 1 3/4 cups strawberries into a blender or food processor and blitz
for 15-20 seconds.
Pass through a nylon sieve to remove the seeds (if you want to) then
add a little powdered sweetener if necessary. POINTS values per the
whole quantity: 1.
