A thirteen year national record held by Cindy Blodgett has been broken. Blodgett set her mark during the America East Conference Tournament in 1997.
But, after scoring 48 points in the Sun Belt Conference Championship, Alysha Clark of Middle Tennessee State broke Blodgett's record for most points scored in a conference tournament. Blodgett scored 128 points over three games 13 years ago, Clark now holds the record with 132.
