Although the season is over, the Black Bears did receive some end of the year awards. Gerald McLemore was named to the America East All-Conference first team. He's the first Black Bear to do that in seven years. Junior Bernal was named to the All-Defensive team. The only senior for Maine, Bernal was a beast on both ends of the floor. Murphy Burnatowski, the freshman phenom, was named to the All-Rookie team. Sean McNally of Gardiner was named to the All-Conference third team and Andrew Rodgers was named to the All-Aacademic team in the America East.
