Ingredients:
1c fresh lobster meat
1 10oz can of tomato soup
4 tbls of cream cheese
1 med onion, chopped fine
2 cups of organic whole milk
1/4 tsp whole ground black pepper
salt to taste
Directions:
Cook onion until soft. Strain off water. On low heat warm milk and beat in the 4 tablespoons of cream cheese. Once the cream cheese has melted add lobster meat, can of tomato soup, cooked onion and black pepper. Add salt for taste. Serve with toasted cheese sandwiches and celery tops. Makes a great cold afternoon lunch.
