The Girls Class C Finals featured an odd matchup. Calais came in as the sixth seed and Washington Academy the fifth seed.
Once again another great game by Nicole Osborne. She had 18 points.
This one was close throughout. Breanna Nicely off the turnover. Gets the fast break basket and WA is down one in the fourth.
However down the stretch, Calais just got about every shot to fall. The sixth seed Calais Blue Devils defeat WA. 55 to 48 and are on to next weekends state championship.
