Fruit Salad with Ginger Vanilla Dressing




Ingredients

Dressing:

3 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. McCormick® Ground Ginger
1 tsp. McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Cabot® Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt

Salad:

2 cups cubed melon (such as cantaloupe or honeydew)
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
1 pint strawberries, halved

Directions

1. For the dressing, mix honey, lemon juice, ginger, vanilla and yogurt in small bowl until well blended.
2. Place fruit in large serving bowl. Add dressing; toss gently to coat. Cover.
3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
