Cheesy Stuffed Peppers


Mini Peppers
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cooking Spray
Red Pepper Flakes


Slice mini peppers lengthwise, remove ribs and seeds, and place in baking dish, sprayed with oil,, cut side up. Fill each pepper with Cabot reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese. Broil for 2-3 minutes, when cheese has melted slightly sprinkle red pepper flakes and oregano on top of cheese. Broil another 2-3 minutes. Enjoy
