A wreath making company Down East is suing a shipping company, saying it over billed the business last holiday season by more than $357,000.
Worcester Resources, the parent company of Worcester Wreath, filed the lawsuit last month in federal court in Bangor.
The company's also known for placing wreaths' on veterans graves.
Worcester says FedEx overcharged it for shipping balsam wreaths and ornaments from November of last year to January.
Court documents say FedEx was supposed to have billed Amazon for the shipping.
Worcester discovered the error late last year and contacted FedEx.
The documents say FedEx continued to charge Worcester, which the company paid under protest when FedEx threatened to stop shipping.
FedEx eventually reversed one invoice and billed Amazon. But Worcester says seven more invoices still stand.
A FedEx spokesman says the company is reviewing the complaint and takes the matter seriously.
