Two People Formally Charged After Pittsfield Drug Raid

PITTSFIELD, Maine (WABI) - Two people arrested after a raid in Pittsfield that netted drugs, guns and cash have been formally charged.

30-year-old Brian Leavitt and 26-year-old Ashleigh Richmond were indicted by a grand jury Friday.

Somerset County Sheriff's Deputies arrested them late last month.

We're told they were on their way back to Pittsfield from a methadone clinic in Waterville.

Authorities raided their home on Main Street and found several grams of fentanyl, along with nearly $3,000.

They also seized loaded guns and a jeep.
