St. Albans Man to Prison for Seven Years for Raping Girl Last Summer

ST. ALBANS, Maine (WABI) - A Saint Albans man who gave intoxicants to a girl and raped her has been sentenced to seven years in prison.

40-year-old Jason Tuttle pleaded guilty earlier this week.

The girl was under 16 when Tuttle sexually assaulted her.

It took place last summer in Bald Mountain Township.

He was arrested in October and was on probation for aggravated criminal trespass.

Tuttle's probation was also revoked.
