Seven People Left Without A Home After Monday Fire In Rockland

ROCKLAND, Maine (WABI)- Seven people are without a place to live, after a fire at an apartment in Rockland Monday night.

According to the Rockland Fire Department, crews were called to Rankin Street around 6:30 p.m.

When they arrived the second floor was engulfed in flames.

The fire was ultimately contained to the building with minimal damage to the adjacent apartments.

No one was injured.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
