PASSADUMKEAG, Maine (WABI) - A pilot had to make an emergency landing into the Passadumkeag River Wednesday night.
He walked away unharmed.
Officials say while the man, who is from Maine, was in the air earlier Wednesday evening when his engine seized.
He glided without the propellers working for a few minutes searching for a place to land - eventually deciding to put it into the river. Which he was able to do without incident.
Officials with the F-A-A will be on scene Thursday to investigate.
