MACHIAS, Maine (WABI) - A woman from New York accused of killing a woman in Cherryfield has pleaded not guilty.
19-year-old Quaneysha Greeley appeared in court in Machias Friday morning.
She and 37-year-old Carine Reeves are both charged with the murder of 55-year-old Sally Shaw.
Shaw's body was found along a road in Cherryfield in July.
She'd been shot in the head.
Court documents say police were told Reeves was selling cocaine and Shaw was his driver.
Family and friends say they were also in a relationship.
An informant reportedly showed police screenshots where Greeley admitted that Reeves was the one who killed Shaw.
A week after Shaw's body was discovered, Reeves and Greeley were arrested together in New York.
Greeley was brought back to Maine.
Her lawyers are waiting on documents in the case.
Defense Attorney Nathan Hodgkins said, "It's not really a surprise to us that we don't have it yet these cases take a very long time obviously so we are just waiting on the state once we have new information"
Reeves is being held without bail in New York where he faces charges for some separate crimes.
