Game Wardens Are Investigating Two Hunting Incidents

Maine (WABI) Game wardens are investigating two hunting incidents. Two hunters were shot.

The first shooting happened on portage brook road near Rangeley around six o’ clock Friday night.

32-year-old Robert Cyr of Penobscot was shot after he and his friend were trying to shoot a bird.

A Kennebunkport woman is recovering from a gunshot wound to her foot.

28-year-old Kaley Korey was hunting a partridge on Ragmuff road in Piscataquis County when she shot her right foot.

Both victims were taken to a hospital and are expected to be okay.
