Governor Thinks Secretary of State Making Mistake Denying Voter Data Request

Augusta, Maine (AP) Governor Paul LePage thinks the Secretary of State is making a mistake by denying a request for voter data made by the Trump Administration.

Matthew Dunlap declined a request by the presidential advisory commission on election integrity, which is investigating possible voter fraud.

Governor LePage believes Dunlap "takes his orders from the Democratic Party".

Secretary Dunlap said LePage is "trying to get a reaction", and he still feels his denial of the commission's request was appropriate.
