BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - Folks traveling by air have been delayed across much of the East Coast.
Flights have had no problem landing at Bangor International Airport, but those departing to areas such as New York, New Jersey, and Washington D.C. haven't been so lucky.
Strong winds from the storm are making it difficult for planes to take off and land at those airports.
Roxanne Archibald was in New Brunswick visiting family and was supposed to leave for D.C. Thursday morning, but she's had to re-book.
She says, "I have a book, so I'll read that. I'm going to check out the bookstore there for some magazines and I have my iPad, so I'll look at a movie or something. You take it with the flow and just deal with it. You can't get mad. It's just the way it is."
As always, be sure to check with your airline before heading to the airport to check your flight status.
