BANGOR, Maine (WABI) In today's edition of Fitness Friday, we're learning how to be more flexible with Tai Chi, or Taiji, with Marvin Daugherty with Wind in the Pines Kung Fu and Taiji.
Taiji, as Marvin tells us, is first and foremost, a style of martial arts.
Taiji is represented by the yin-yang sign, a circle with black and white parts with opposite dots swirling around one another.
Taiji focuses on balance, the feeling of 'one-ness' with the self, and duality, or good and bad, within ourselves and the world.
