ORONO, Maine (WABI) The State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating a small fire that broke out early Saturday morning in Orono.

It happened on Mill Street.

Fire crews were called to the scene just after 7 a.m.

Authorities say no one was in the building at the time.

We're told some area businesses may be closed for the day.

"What we've heard from the owner of The Roost is that they're looking forward to probably Tuesday/Wednesday that they'll be back in business, and ready to open," said Lt. Brad Strout of the Orono Fire Department. "I know they're looking forward to having homecoming next weekend for Maine to be back in operation."

No other details are being released at this time.
