Crews battle barn fire for nearly eight hours

Firefighters were on scene for several hours battling a barn fire in Dover-Foxcroft.
The call came in just before 12:20 Saturday afternoon.
We’re told a neighbor called it in when they saw the structure on Norton Hill Road fully engulfed.
Fire officials say it started in the maintenance garage and spread to the barn.
It’s a total loss.
We’re told nearly 30 cattle were in the barn – all but 6 were saved.
No injuries were reported and no word yet on a cause.
