Bangor Man Sentenced To Three Months For Conspiracy To Transport Stolen Goods

BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - A Bangor man has been sentenced to three months in prison for conspiracy to transport stolen goods.

According to court records, between March and October of 2014, 49-year-old Anthony Berry and others conspired to steal merchandise from several stores in Maine and to sell those goods online.

Berry pleaded guilty last May.

He was also ordered to pay more than 9-thousand dollars in restitution and a 9-thousand dollar fine.
