Authorities Using Dogs To Search Skowhegan Property For Evidence In Case of Missing Woman

SKOWHEGAN, Maine (WMTW) Maine State Police and the Maine Warden Service have joined Skowhegan police in the search for a woman who disappeared six months ago.

Tina Stadig, 40, of Skowhegan, was last seen in May, police said.

Police are searching a home and a 3- to 5-acre wooded area along Route 150 in Skowhegan.

Three police tracking dogs are also involved the search.

The home is occupied by a man who was a friend of Stadig, and she would occasionally stay there, police said.
