LIBERTY, Maine (WABI) - The first annual Riley's Wish Winter Games and Derby will be held Saturday.
16-year-old Riley Boulay was killed in a car accident just before Christmas.
His family has created a scholarship fund in his memory.
To date it's at $27,000, all proceeds from the event will be added to that total.
The day starts with a pancake breakfast to give folks the energy they need to do some of Riley's favorite winter activities like ice fishing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, and sleigh rides.
The breakfast will be held at the Liberty Community Hall from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning and events run from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Lake St. George State Park in Liberty.
